CONSULTATION POLICY
At Quiroz Law, we value your time and ours. To maintain an efficient and respectful scheduling process, please review the following policy regarding consultation appointments:
Cancellations: Clients may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours in advance of the appointment time. In such cases, 50% of the consultation fee will be reimbursed.
No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations:
Clients who fail to appear in person or do not answer the scheduled phone call at the agreed time will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will also not be refunded.
